After the call, a signed contract + non-refundable retainer locks in your date officially. I'm only able to take a limited number of weddings per year, so I encourage couples to reach out early — especially for spring and fall dates.

How do I officially book you for our wedding?
After our consultation call and once you've chosen your package, I'll send over a contract and invoice for your non-refundable retainer. Once both are received, your date is locked in!
When do I receive my photos?
I send a sneak peek gallery within 72 hours of your wedding day. Your full, professionally edited gallery is delivered within 4–6 weeks. Rush delivery is available as an add-on.
Do you travel outside of Charlotte?
Absolutely — I love to travel! I'm based in Charlotte, NC, but I am available for weddings throughout the Carolinas and beyond. Travel fees apply for locations 50+ miles from Charlotte.
Can I build a custom package?
Yes! Use the custom package builder on this page to mix and match coverage hours and add-ons. When you're done, book a consultation with your quote and we'll finalize everything together.
What's your payment plan/retainer policy?
A 10% non-refundable retainer is due at booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due on your wedding date. Payment plans may be available — ask during your consultation.
